Nikki Shears — Owner
I gave my first haircut in the kitchen when I was 12—just trying to help out my brothers. That early passion led me to a cosmetology program in high school, and eventually to working in a salon for eight years. During that time, I had the opportunity to travel, compete in hairstyling competitions, and teach other stylists across the country.
When I became a parent, we built a salon in our home so I could continue doing what I love while raising my kids. Once they were older, I joined this shop in Greenwood to focus on men’s styling—and I immediately fell in love with it. That was 15 years ago, and I’ve been here ever since.
A few years ago, the shop was at risk of closing. I couldn’t imagine losing it, so I stepped in, got my business license, and took over. Since then, I’ve been proud to keep the doors open and the chairs filled. I love this work, I love the people who come in, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Greenwood community.
Lindsey — Hair Tailor
Lindsey is Nikki's new apprentice, and she brings a warm, positive presence to the shop that's impossible to miss. She's so excited to be here and eager to make every client feel welcome from the moment they sit in her chair. A good listener, Lindsey offers thorough consultations beforehand, taking the time to understand exactly what you're looking for so you can leave feeling heard and looking your best.
She believes great hair starts with a great conversation, and she's always happy to talk through ideas, options, and what will work best for you. When Lindsey isn't in the shop, you can find her down at the beach with her beloved dog, soaking up the sunshine.
